Meatless Monday is a non-profit initiative of The Monday Campaigns Inc. in association with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for a Livable Future. Meatless Monday was founded in 2003 by marketing professional Sid Lerner. The program follows the nutrition guidelines developed by the USDA.

 

Meatless MOnday

Developed content calendars, content creation, video editing, copywriting for social media and blogs, planned ads, and $30,000 a month of ads on Facebook and Instagram.

 

Creating Content, Copy, and Scheduling into Hootsuite

Created content utilizing Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Downloaded images and video from Instagram and Tiktok for reposting content. Previewed calendars for approval using PowerPoint or a PDF for team members to review.
